HOW TO ARRANGE A SERVICE

To get started, please visit our Professional Secateur Servicing page and simply select the FELCO secateurs you wish to have serviced from the drop down menu. You can add additional secateurs to be serviced as part of the same order (for £27.50 per item), by clicking "Add another pair of secateurs".

Click "Add to Cart" when done to be take to the Shopping Cart and Checkout.

Please note that the Shipping Address you provide in the Checkout will be used to send the product back to you once your service has been carried out.

You will find further instructions on how to return your FELCO secateurs to us, including our address, on the final page of the Checkout and on your Order Confirmation email.

You are responsible for posting your item(s) to us, so we strongly recommend using a signed for and tracked service.

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR SECATEUR FOR SERVICING AND POSTING

Ensure your secateurs are clean and dry.

Ensure your secateurs are in the ‘locked closed’ position prior to sending.

Please pack safely according to your parcel carrier’s guidelines.

Make sure to include your Name and Order Number within your parcel.
